Hi there — I’m Yung Tsai, a UX & Product Design Lead based in Dallas, Texas. I’ve spent 10+ years designing digital experiences across web and mobile, with a focus on making products clearer, more consistent, and easier to use. I’m especially interested in work that blends strong UX fundamentals with real-world constraints—business goals, technical limitations, and tight timelines.

I enjoy partnering closely with Product and Engineering, using research and analytics to guide decisions, and turning complex workflows into simple, usable experiences.

Outside of work, I’m a dad of two, so my life is a mix of snack requests, bedtime routines, and constant negotiation. I’m also into art, photography, and experimenting with new tools—especially AI. Lately I’ve been building side projects like blendr, an idea that helps creatives (and non-creatives) drop in an ad and generate cleaner design variations by keeping what’s working and improving the rest. And most nights, my wife and I wind down with a movie after the kids are asleep—assuming we both make it past the opening credits.
