About Me
I’m Yung Tsai, a UX & Product Design Lead based in Dallas, Texas. I’ve spent 10+ years designing digital experiences across web and mobile, with a focus on making products clearer, more consistent, and easier to use.
More recently, I’ve been incorporating AI into my workflow—from rapid prototyping and concept validation to exploring new product experiences—helping teams move faster and make more informed decisions early in the process. I’m especially interested in work that blends strong UX fundamentals with real-world constraints—business goals, technical limitations, and tight timelines.
